No entanto, recentemente deram me o maior e melhor elogio que alguma vez ouvi. Disseram me que era uma grande cozinheira, fiquei tão feliz que nem tenho palavras para descrever, tanto pelo pessoa de quem veio o elogio e também por saber que faço bem uma coisa que adoro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Sempre que ouvi, no passado, alguém a dizer que se&amp;nbsp;cozinhássemos&amp;nbsp;com o coração isso iria transparecer para a comida, duvidei seriamente. Mas afinal, se calhar até há algum fundo de verdade nisto :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;A verdade é que quando imagino o meu futuro, imagino-me a viver com alguém e a cozinhar alegremente, a experimentar novas receitas e ficar na expectativa de saber se ficou bom ou não e vir partilhar a experiência aqui. Depois, mais tarde, incutir nos meus filhos o amor pela arte que é cozinhar, e quem sabe tê-los a escrever para o meu blog. Sei que talvez estou um bocadinho avançada no tempo, mas quem não tem sonhos não tem nada. Mas verdade seja dita, a preguicite aguda já começa a atacar e quanto mais se tem para fazer menos vontade existe. Quem mais sofre deste mal? Espero não estar sozinha :P...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Olhando para a janela em dias de chuva, que mais apetece senão estar em frente à lareira com uma boa caneca de chá e um bom livro? A esta mistura juntar a farinha e a raspa de limão e misturar tudo. Por fim, junta-se o leite, fervido previamente, e misturar tudo novamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Colocar a massa nas formas untadas com manteiga (ou outra coisa à vossa escolha) e farinha. Eu tinha apenas 10 anos, e quando percebi o que se tinha passado e a minha pergunta foi "Porquê?". Não percebia a razão para tal acto horrendo e não queria acreditar que seres humanos fossem capaz de causar tanto sofrimento a outros seres humanos. Foi a primeira vez na vida que ouvi a palavra terrorismo, e que vi com os meus olhos o que era capaz de fazer.&amp;nbsp;Ainda hoje me custa a crer a facilidade com que nos viramos contra a nossa espécie, como não há respeito pela vida...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Para mim o 11 de Setembro é um dia que ficará sempre na memória de todos e que nos assombrará para sempre. É também uma prova do poder que os seres humanos têm, infelizmente escolhe-se sempre usar o poder para o mal, para matar, para causar sofrimento. E se nos&amp;nbsp;uníssemos e usasse-mos esse poder para o bem? Faz-me lembrar de ser pequenina e ficar deslumbrada com os tapetes para a procissão, de querer muito ajudar a minha madrinha na cozinha, de picar/cortar as flores para os tapetes... E, apesar de quase tudo mudar e de crescermos, as memórias ficam. Uma das coisas que não muda são os jantares em mesas rectangulares gigantes com toda a família, pais, irmãs, tios, primos e a grande quantidade de comida (um exagero, até). Este ano não foi excepção, a cozinha manteve-se atarefada até dizer chega, principalmente no dia de Sábado, o que torna o meu blog ainda mais apropriado :). Juntar a farinha, o leite, o coco, o sumo das laranjas e aromatizar com baunilha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Untar um tabuleiro com manteiga e polvilhar com açúcar. Não há nada como pegar numa mochila, montar uma tenda e passar o dia e a noite toda ao ar livre... Para mim é do mais&amp;nbsp;libertador&amp;nbsp;e do mais pacífico. Voltei cheia de arranhões, dentadas de bichos, de memórias e, claro, cheia de vontade de cozinhar na minha cozinha. A primeira refeição que fiz no meu acampamento, nunca tinha cozinhado e que foi uma que me atormentou o dia inteiro... Porque não tinha a receita e tentava inventar uma maneira lógica de a preparar, e também porque a cozinha improvisada, era no mínimo, diferente. Mas depois de muito atormentar, finalmente, uma receita veio parar-me às mãos, e depois de cozinhada ficou muito boa :)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;A refeição mistério era Arroz à Valenciana, percebo agora que não é nada de espantar, mas simplesmente deram-me os ingredientes e foi só. Já que ia cozinhar para pessoas para quem nunca tinha cozinhado, e sabendo que muito coisa podia correr mal, era normalíssimo ficar preocupada e rezar pelo melhor :P. Quando estiver pronto, deixar arrefecer e partir aos bocados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Fritar o arroz com azeite (medir o arroz em canecos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Picar as cebolas e deixar alourar na panela, de seguida juntar a polpa de tomate, a pimenta e outras especiarias à escolha. De seguida, juntar a galinha e as salsichas. Quando faço o almoço ao sábado para a família gosto de fazer receitas novas e diferentes que nunca experimentei ou provei, mas sempre tendo os outros em conta, claro... Então por isso mesmo lá andei eu à procura de um receita de bifes diferente da da minha mãe para cozinhar com as courgettes, e encontrei esta, fantástica e que foi um sucesso com todos. Alourar os bifes dos dois lados, reservar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Na mesma frigideira colocar a manteiga, o alho e os cogumelos temperados com sal e pimenta e deixar cozinhar um pouco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Juntos os sucos que a carne, entretanto, libertou. Juntar Maizena e o vinho do Porto. É uma abóbora? E então, lembrei-me de uma receita da fantástica Nigella Lawson mesmo digna de Verão. Já tinha comido no KFC, mas todos sabemos que não há nada como uma comida feita em casa com amor e carinho para toda a família. Então, depois de muito pesquisar sobre a melhor maneira de fazer e de muitos conselhos pedidos, finalmente me decidi a experimentar esta receita, de uma maneira que me pareceu, relativamente, saudável. Correu bem e foi um sucesso na família, modéstia à parte e se me permitem, bem melhor do que no KFC :).
